The role directs staffing, budgets, and adherence to regulatory standards while mentoring staff and advancing evidence-based practices for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a hospital department and managing teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience applying evidence-based clinical practices to operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Women's Services department to achieve organizational objectives.
• Plan staffing, hiring, orientation, evaluation, and education initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets; coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
• Foster an environment for professional growth and clinical excellence.
