Bass Pro Shops in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help shoppers find what they need. You will replenish shelves, stay informed about promotions, and promote programs like CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.

As a product expert, you will maintain pricing accuracy, assist with seasonal moves, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience for every guest. This role emphasizes teamwork and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Experience operating a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and courteously.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Replenish shelves and maintain pricing/signs per Merchandising guidelines.
• Build product knowledge through ongoing training and become a product expert.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and restock as required.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
