Aura Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to assist women recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential setting. This role focuses on daily encouragement, structure, and safety in the evenings, with local travel as needed.

You will monitor wellbeing, document progress, support with meals, housekeeping, and tasks, manage confidential records, respond to emergencies, and participate in life skills activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
• Coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration is preferred but can be completed post-hire.
