Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a dynamic product designer to concept and create sustainable product that resonates with customers. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the product style, fit, and quality meet brand standards and customer expectations.

You will contribute to the development of the product line, ensure alignment with market trends and brand strategies, and push for innovative concepts while maintaining practicality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience developing product line concepts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of silhouette, fit, fabrication, color, and trims.

Responsibilities

• Research global markets to identify seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and techniques.
• Develop concepts and sketches for product lines and present to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Create tech packs and communicate fit and design vision with production and design teams.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, GIS, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to ensure seamless concept-to-store execution.
• Maintain sketch callouts, updates, and specifications (trims, wash, etc.).
