GE HealthCare is seeking a clinical training leader to analyze technical learning needs in the services function, design and deliver ultrasound training, and influence departmental operations with standardized practices.

You will lead pre-sales training for Women’s Health Ultrasound, coordinate training plans, evaluate outcomes, and partner with customers to drive adoption of new products while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years in maternal fetal ultrasound/clinical industry.
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification; FE registry or RDCS preferred.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ within the US; multi-modal travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership during pre-sales by demonstrating Ultrasound products.
• Coordinate and execute objective-based system training for customers and report outcomes.
• Act as SME for Women’s Health Ultrasound and liaise with sales to strengthen clinical capabilities.
• Develop training plans with customers for new product features and ongoing needs.
• Support trade shows and conferences with product demos and training.
• Manage customer relationships, address satisfaction issues, and handle escalations.
• Build relationships with KOLs to standardize protocols and education programs.
• Promote hybrid training delivery and maintain training documentation per global guidance.
• Uphold safety and quality processes within the Quality Management System and EHS policies.
