Job summary

Aurora West Allis Medical Center in Wisconsin is actively seeking a Women’s Health RN for its Internal Float Pool, offering 36 hours per week. The role features 12-hour shifts (3rd shift) with every 3rd weekend and two holidays per year, plus a competitive pay range and eligible benefits.

You will start in Postpartum within Women’s Health with opportunities to float to NICU and Labor & Delivery as needed, gaining diverse clinical exposure and building a robust skill set in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple units within the same facility, gaining exposure to a variety of patient populations.
• Build a strong clinical foundation while demonstrating adaptability, reliability, and teamwork.
• Take advantage of flexible self-scheduling, additional float pay, and limited holiday rotation.
