By prioritizing patient outcomes and fostering a supportive work environment, we are redefining what it means to care for women with complex needs.

We are looking for experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioners to help provide comprehensive, empathetic care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

Our patients are choosing Allara because they want an ongoing relationship with an empathetic provider who understands what they are going through. This is not a role to simply write prescriptions; you'll have an opportunity to build strong relationships with patients through video visits and ongoing check-ins.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
  • Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, charting, addressing patient questions, prescribing medications if needed, and providing necessary medical guidance.
Qualifications
  • Required Certification: Board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience as an NP specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, obesity, Hashimoto's thyroiditis & hypothyroidism, endometriosis, menopause, and more.
  • Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
  • Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
  • Active State Specific Requirements: Must have one of the following in addition to one mentioned below: California, Florida (autonomous licensure), New York (autonomous licensure), or Texas.
  • Active State Specific Requirements: Must have one of the following in addition to one mentioned above: Colorado, Illinois, Pennsylvania, or Maryland.
What Allara Offers
  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in this fully telehealth position.
  • 1099 Contract Agreement: Enjoy the flexibility and independence of a contractor role.
  • Flexible Schedules: Set the hours that best fit your lifestyle and availability.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided.
  • Collaborative Community: Engage with and learn from a network of dedicated Allara providers.
  • Inclusive Work Environment: Be part of a supportive, diverse, and collaborative team that values innovation and inclusion.
