Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Women’s Health Account Executive to close new business in specialty testing and maintain strategic relationships with OB/GYN practices, fertility clinics, and hospitals. This field-based role covers multiple counties with travel and a base plus uncapped incentives.

The position requires 3+ years in healthcare B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and a Bachelor’s degree, with a base salary plus a performance-based incentive plan. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare B2B sales experience in the Women’s Health space.
• Proven track record of closing new business and expanding existing relationships.
• Experience selling to medical professionals in diagnostics or related fields.
• Hunter mentality and drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned districts through up-selling of existing accounts and new lead generation.
• Close new specialty testing opportunities and maintain key relationships.
• Coordinate with assigned Account Executives in the district to align efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of connectivity products and prepare proposals/bids.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and complete admin tasks promptly.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Women’s Health specialty testing.
