Job summary

Life Time Inc. in New York seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor to help ensure the club’s safety and cleanliness. You perform safety checks, repairs, and operate as Manager on Duty when needed, working an opposite schedule to the Facility Operations Manager.

You must be adaptable to Life Time's needs, participate in safety trainings, and maintain high standards of facility maintenance for guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in a club environment and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs around the club.
• Performs routine maintenance to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe
• Conducts general repairs
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.00 and pays up to $28.25, based on experience and qualifications.
