Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to uphold safety and cleanliness at the club. You will cover the opposite schedule of the Facilities Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when required, adapting to Life Time's needs.

The role emphasizes maintenance, safety inspections, and timely repairs to ensure peak operation, with CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire and a flexible schedule to meet business demands.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent trainingAbility to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $19.50 and pays up to $28.25, based on experience and qualifications.
