Job summary

Life Time in Fridley, MN is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee safety checks and repairs, ensuring the club remains clean and secure. The role works opposite the Facility Operations Manager schedule and may act as Manager on Duty.

You will perform routine maintenance, supervise cleanliness, safety inspections, and participate in safety training. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, 3–4 years of facility maintenance or related

• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Position Summary

By doing safety checks and repairs, the Facility Operations Supervisor can assure the safety and cleanliness of the club. As the Supervisor you will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed. You must be adaptable to meet all of Life Time’s needs.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and pays up to $24.00, based on experience and qualifications.
