Job description

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering excellent customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
  2. Wash, fold, and stock member towels; ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
  3. Use locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals according to the department budget.
  4. Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.

Preferred Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
