Eleventy is seeking a dynamic and style-driven Women’s Department Manager to lead the growth of our women’s business through exceptional client engagement, team development, and elevated brand presentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive departmental sales performance by cultivating client relationships and leading by example in clienteling, styling, and wardrobe building.
• Train, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver best-in-class service aligned with Eleventy’s values and women’s brand identity.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Eleventy’s seasonal collections, styling intent, and key looks, and translate this into daily client conversations.
• Uphold exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure the women’s department reflects Eleventy’s aesthetic and point of view.
• Act as an ambassador of Eleventy Women, embodying the sophistication, confidence, and timeless style our clients seek.
