Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Director of Women’s Services in Norman, OK. The role leads Women’s & Children’s inpatient services, including Labor & Delivery and NICU, driving care integration and operational excellence across multiple campuses.

The candidate will mentor leaders, partner with physicians and system leaders to expand OB/GYN services and ensure high-quality patient outcomes, while aligning with the health system’s growth strategy and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years in a related setting with at least three years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Women’s & Children’s inpatient service line.
• Drive transformation of the inpatient division with change management and integrated care models.
• Mentor and develop emerging leaders and frontline managers.
• Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to improve care coordination and access.
• Oversee ~200 FTEs, fostering engagement and clinical excellence.
• Improve patient flow, capacity management, and resource utilization.
• Partner with outpatient leaders to create a seamless continuum of care.
