Hillsboro Medical Center seeks a Clinical Specialty Leader (RN) to serve as a clinical role model for Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and the Women’s Clinic. This role provides leadership in implementing evidence-based standards and develops educational programs to enhance patient care.

The CSL partners with nursing leadership to plan orientation, curricula, and ongoing education, fostering collaboration, lifelong learning, and high-quality clinical practice across units.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Master of Science in Nursing can be used in lieu of BSN.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a registered nurse with two (2) years recent experience in the specialty area applying for.
• Current license as registered nurse in state of Oregon
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association Provider PALS
• Neonatal Resuscitations Program (NRP)

• Assists unit managers in clinical areas, by providing assistance with core competencies, coordination and evaluation of educational strategies for competency development.
