The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital is seeking a Manager to coordinate with leadership on finance, donor relations, fundraising, and PR, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s mission. The Manager will work closely with Wolfson Children’s Hospital staff and the Baptist Foundation to advance fundraising efforts and raise awareness for the organization.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and developing communication strategies with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of increasing responsibility in finance, public relations, donor relations, fundraising and/or nonprofit leadership/management.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and donor management tools.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze critical financial information and manage the organization’s budget, including revenue, expenses, and forecasting.
• Present financial reports to leadership and committees and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance visibility and community engagement.
• Foster relationships with donors and partners to support fundraising and program initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and campaigns with volunteers and leadership.
