Job summary

Wolfson Children’s Hospital is seeking a dedicated Manager for The Women’s Board to drive financial management, donor engagement, and event fundraising in support of pediatric care. The role collaborates with hospital leadership and volunteers to advance fundraising initiatives and strategic programs.

The Manager will coordinate with board leadership on budgets, reporting, and donor outreach, while ensuring compliant operations and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3-5 years increasing responsibility in finance, public relations, donor relations, fundraising, and/or nonprofit leadership/management roles.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (tools).

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: manage budget, revenue, expenses, and forecasting; present reports to leadership.
• Public Relations: develop communication strategies and align marketing efforts.
• Donor Relations and Fundraising: nurture donors and identify new prospects with leadership.
• Event Fundraising: support campaigns, coordinate logistics and sponsorships with volunteers.
• Volunteer Management: recruit, onboard, and recognize volunteers; provide training.
• Hospital Liaison: coordinate with the hospital and Baptist Foundation to align goals.
