Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Player Development Coach for the Women’s Basketball program. The role focuses on enhancing student-athlete growth on and off the court, developing individualized plans, and mentoring athletes to build leadership and a strong work ethic.

Work closely with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and strength and conditioning coaches to foster a high-performance environment and support post-graduation success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized player development plans for women’s basketball players.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and strength/conditioning coaches.
• Mentor student-athletes to develop leadership, confidence and work ethic.
• Support post-graduation success and personal growth.
