Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Memphis, TN is hiring a Women’s Apparel Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide expert assistance on the sales floor. You will maintain clean, stocked shelves and stay knowledgeable about promotions to help customers find the right gear.

As part of the team, you’ll process transactions at the POS, promote memberships and in-store pickup, and contribute to a legendary shopping experience for every guest. Full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Demonstrate products and maintain knowledge of promotions.
• Replenish shelves and keep merchandise organized per guidelines.
• Process transactions and manage returns with accuracy.
• Promote store programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
