Fashion Nova is seeking a Buyer for Women's Accessories in Beverly Hills to curate trend-driven product assortments and manage category stock while meeting financial targets. You will partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams to deliver on-brand fashion.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in accessories buying, a fashion-focused degree, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Google Workspace, and proven vendor negotiation experience. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Buying for accessories (handbags, jewelry, belts, and hats).
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Experience negotiating with vendors on costs, quality, and delivery.
• Excellent prioritization and project management with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field or equivalent.
• English language proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Drive assortment strategy and curate trend-driven product assortments.
• Conduct trend forecasting using market research and social data.
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to secure costs and margins.
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, margins, and inventory.
• Collaborate with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams for timely deliveries and launches.
• Use sales data and market insights to optimize assortments and profitability.
