Fashion Nova is seeking a visionary Buyer - Activewear to lead Nova’s trend-driven assortments, under the VP of Buying, driving strategy and ambitious financial targets. You’ll curate the merchandise mix, manage assortment strategies, and deliver on aggressive goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years+ experience in apparel buying within a fast-paced eCommerce fashion environment
• Direct experience buying for Activewear, Athleisure, or Sport categories is required
• Strong obsession with current and emerging activewear trends and fabrics
• Proven vendor management with negotiation skills on cost, quality, and delivery timelines
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Production, Business, or equivalent hands‑on industry experience

Responsibilities

• Drive Nova's assortment strategy with trend-driven, high-performance activewear
• Forecast trends and translate runway and street trends into must-haves
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to maximize margins
• Own open-to-buy budgets, pricing strategies, and inventory management
• Collaborate with production, replenishment, planning, marketing for timely deliveries
• Use sales data and market insights to refine assortments and drive revenue
