Job summary

Sandvik Mining & Rock in Chicago seeks a Systems Analyst – WMS to own the Blue Yonder WMS at the C2 Hub, ensuring stability, optimization and continuous improvement of warehouse operations. You will lead changes, train users, and coordinate IT actions with process owners, while aligning with SAP ERP, TMS and other platforms to support end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT or systems-driven supply chain roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning capabilities.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate IT related changes from stakeholders.
• Serve as system owner for Blue Yonder WMS at the C2 Hub in Chicago.
• Lead troubleshooting to resolve system issues quickly.
• Continuously optimize WMS configurations to enhance productivity.
• Support the full lifecycle of system changes from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with global project teams to implement improvements.
• Work with IT, engineering, and operations to integrate new technologies.
• Ensure synchronization between WMS and SAP ERP, TMS, and related platforms.
• Monitor performance and user adoption, identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize system support requests and training.
