DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst I (WMS Analyst I) to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You will analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop solutions to optimize our systems for efficiency and reliability.

The role involves training team members, maintaining documentation, and creating dashboards using SQL to monitor performance and identify risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent experience.
1+ years in transportation or logistics or similar role.
Experience with warehouse management or related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business.
Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency.
Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
