Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a WMS Business Analyst to be the SME for warehouse management system projects. You will ensure our solutions align with operational goals and customer needs, collaborating with operations, IT, and project teams.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in office in Des Plaines and one remote day), a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate needs into system requirements.
• Experience leading WMS implementations or similar projects.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and risks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation: BRD, functional specs, process flows, test scripts, training guides, user manuals.
• Lead workshops to capture operational requirements and map to system functionality.
• Collaborate with PMs, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate scope, timelines, and risk documentation.
• Document fit/gap analyses, risks, and proposed process changes for warehouse environments.
• Support testing with test plans, results, and defect tracking.
