Job summary

Western School Corporation in Indiana is seeking a middle school science teacher for a maternity leave replacement (December 2026–February 2027) to instruct 6th grade science and support hands-on inquiry.

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree and an Indiana teaching license or eligibility, strong classroom management, and the ability to collaborate with staff and build relationships with students. Teaching experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with an appropriate Middle School Science or applicable science content area, or eligibility to obtain appropriate Indiana licensure.
