Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an experienced Manager, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to serve as the primary internal owner of our Manhattan Associates WMi/PKMS. This user‑facing role ensures system availability, oversees production support, and coordinates with operations, IT, and external partners.

Based in our LIC office, the role requires on‑site work. The ideal candidate combines strong WMi/PKMS expertise with deep knowledge of warehouse processes, vendor management, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on WMi/PKMS support in production.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, cycle counting, returns.
• Experience with third-party vendors or MSPs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the WMi/PKMS platform end-to-end and ensure availability.
• Coordinate incident management, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Partner with warehouse operations, IT, and vendor for system improvements.
• Lead UAT, testing, and production readiness for upgrades.
