Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst I (WMS Analyst I) to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You will analyze data to identify inefficiencies and work with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

With a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years in logistics, you will help create dashboards using SQL and ensure systems stay compliant with company policies while supporting ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized for business needs.
• Analyze data to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on warehouse, transportation, and packaging systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.
