Job summary

UNICON International Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst IT L3 in Torrance, CA. Onsite role with 4 days/week in the office, travel about 25%. You will act as the WMS SME for Parts Center IT applications, support projects, and guide end users and stakeholders.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and manage delivery from start to finish, including testing, documentation, and warranty support. Compensation ranges between $110,000 and $115,000 per year with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Functional expertise in WMS PkMS v2003.
• 8+ years of AS400 technologies, including RPG IV and CLI.
• Experience with Aldon, DBU and/or Python.
• Good understanding of MQ and FTP integrations.
• Solid warehouse operations and retail parts fulfillment knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as WMS SME for production support, enhancements and projects.
• Provide technical guidance to Parts Center WMS end users and stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business requirements; manage work items end-to-end.
• Define architectural solutions to meet application requirements.
• Administer the Aldon Change Management tool and ensure SOX compliance.
• Coordinate technical support for AS400 communications and devices.
