Responsibilities include reporting trailer movement, daily reconciliation, monitoring Ad Items for ship dates, and performing inventory adjustments while maintaining confidentiality. Requires High School and 4–6 months of clerical or warehouse experience; basic MS Office and WMS skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School preferred.
• 4–6 months clerical or similar work experience in a Retail Distribution Center or Warehouse environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Working knowledge of WMS preferred.
• Must have Manup equipment experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound storage and flow thru trailers and log all storage and flow thru merchandise.
• Accurately reports flow thru and storage trailer movement to management and production via a daily storage trailer log.
• Reconcile the storage log daily to ensure all trailers are accounted for.
• Monitor Ad Items to ensure scheduled ship date.
• Perform inventory adjustments for flow thru and storage items.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Other duties as assigned.
