WMS Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a WMS Implementation Consultant to support our clients in North America. The role requires travel of approximately 10% to 20%.

The Role:

As a WMS Implementation Consultant, you will manage the entire lifecycle of implementations for our Produce Pro Solution. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, translating them into specifications, conducting end-user workshops, customizing modules, integrating solutions with technical teams, managing project documentation, testing, and providing customer support. Your efforts will ensure a smooth and successful deployment of our solutions.

We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in ERP or WMS implementations
• At least 3 years' experience in the Fresh Foods industry
• Strong understanding of business processes within warehousing and supply chain
• 3-5 years creating functional design documents and system documentation
• 3-5 years conducting workshops, training, and user acceptance testing
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience
