Job summary

The Jay Group in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to lead waves in fulfillment using the WMS, configure automations, and prepare daily work for the distribution center. You will monitor wave configurations, ensure timely processing, and maintain documentation.

You will collaborate with Site Directors, Client Services, and other departments to meet client requirements and support system improvements, including working with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations or related field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Create and release waves daily through WMS and monitor wave automations.
• Prepare work for the DC floor daily.
• Communicate with Site Directors and Client Services to ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet client requirements and expectations.
• Assist with WM system enhancements and testing.
• Develop and document WMS procedures and maintain current documentation.
