SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Korber (Highjump) Warehouse Management System (WMS) Developer Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our WMS platform. This role is vital for ensuring efficient distribution and fulfillment operations, supporting omnichannel growth, and improving warehouse performance. The WMS Developer will collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to develop scalable solutions aligned with our business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead the technical architecture, configuration, and optimization of the WMS (Korber/Highjump).
  2. Develop integrations of WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems.
  3. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within warehouse operations.
  4. Ensure the WMS supports business growth, order volume increases, store replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment.
  5. Support cross-training of internal teams to handle WMS issues.
  6. Diagnose, resolve, and optimize system issues, workflows, and enhancements.
  7. Ensure WMS solutions adhere to security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
  8. Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 incident response, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7+ years of experience with WMS architecture, implementation, or support in retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments.
  • Expertise in leading WMS platforms such as Korber (HighJump).
  • Experience managing WMS projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, automation, and omnichannel fulfillment.
  • Ability to collaborate across IT, warehouse, and leadership teams.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

COMPENSATION:

Salary range: $130K-$145K, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Location: Irvine, CA, with a minimum of 4 days in-office work.
