Job summary

Accenture seeks a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver, and optimize large-scale warehouse solutions. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, advise executives, and shape digital fulfillment programs with strong interoperability across ERP/TMS/OMS systems.

You will drive pre-sales activities, design scalable architectures, and mentor WMS professionals while partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment tech.
• 8+ years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS architecture or implementation.
• Experience leading large WMS or supply chain programs for clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degrees optional.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, perform fit/gap, lead pilots, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and related systems.
• Develop solution specs, integration designs, and technical documentation.
• Provide architectural governance and design assurance throughout delivery.
• Lead delivery of complex BY WMS programs, including SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage scope, risks, RAID logs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues across modules, ensuring readiness and quality.
• Oversee release cycles, validation, and performance optimization.
• Act as primary senior client contact; build relationships and guide transformation.
• Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and value assessments; shape strategy.
• Shape opportunities via estimates, delivery strategies, and proposal content.
• Mentor teams and contribute to accelerators, assets, and thought leadership.
