Job summary

Accenture seeks a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver and optimize large-scale warehouse management solutions across complex supply chains. You will blend technical depth with strategic leadership to guide teams, advise executives, and shape digital fulfillment improvements.

You will lead end-to-end BY WMS architecture, drive integration across ERP/TMS/OMS, partner with client stakeholders, and advance pre-sales, governance and delivery excellence while mentoring

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of WMS, supply chain or fulfillment tech experience.
• Hands-on BY WMS architecture, design or implementation experience (8+ years).
• Experience leading large, complex WMS/transformation programs for clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Strong knowledge of BY WMS and warehouse processes; ability to integrate with ERP/TMS/OMS.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end BY WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, perform fit/gap, lead pilots, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE and related systems.
• Develop solution specs, configuration approaches, integration designs and docs.
• Lead delivery of BY WMS programs including SIT/UAT, deployment and hypercare.
• Manage scope, risks, RAID logs, timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Build client relationships and guide transformation roadmaps.
• Shape opportunities via estimates, delivery strategies and proposals.
• Mentor and grow talent within the WMS practice.
