Romark Logistics in Westfield, NJ is seeking a WMS expert to own the system that runs our warehouses and lead multi-site initiatives. You won't be a small cog in a big machine—you'll be the WMS authority with autonomy to drive improvements and measurable results.

You’ll master Synapse, contribute to integrations, data quality, and user training. The role emphasizes end-to-end project leadership, KPI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on WMS experience with Synapse (Made4net/Zethcon) or similar 3PL-focused systems.
• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing a WMS and taking ownership.
• Exposure to EDI/API customer data interfaces is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Clear communication capable of training operators and briefing executives.
• Detail-oriented with independent troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work across multi-site 3PL environments and pursue certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own WMS project delivery end-to-end: requirements, configuration, testing, rollout.
• Serve as the go-to WMS authority across multiple sites and platforms.
• Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement integrations (EDI, API) with customers.
• Create training materials and coach users to proficiency.
• Document best-practice processes and ensure system alignment with business.
• Surface data-driven insights to influence warehousing decisions.
