Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a skilled site systems analyst in Ohio to support WMS and database operations. You will work with Operations to optimize procedures and system efficiency, and collaborate with IT to resolve issues and define requirements.

You will develop analytics tools, generate reports, train staff on WMS, and monitor performance with regular backups. A strong background in logistics, data analysis, and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using WMS data.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary technical support for site database operations and WMS.
• Interfaces with Operations to review procedures and maximize system efficiencies.
• Coordinates with IT to resolve site issues and define site requirements.
• Designs and maintains analytics tools and reports on storage, inventory and freight.
• Develops standardized and ad hoc site, management, and customer reporting.
• Conducts feasibility analyses and proposes cost-effective solutions.
• Trains associates on WMS and site systems; ensures SOP compliance.
• Monitors system performance and performs backups as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
