Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Affluent Associate in Springfield, IL to provide sales, processing and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers. You will manage appointments, prepare investment materials, and maintain client files in accordance with policy.

You’ll assist in business development and coordinate campaigns with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the investment industry, FINRA licenses, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of investment industry experience preferred.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 and 65/66 registrations and health/life licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales, processing, operational and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
  • Schedule and track appointments, prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence.
  • Maintain client files, handle mail, and ensure regulatory and firm record-keeping standards.
  • Aid in business development, meet with prospects, and coordinate marketing campaigns.

Performs administrative support duties to assist Investment Relationship Managers such as: making and tracking appointments, preparing investment proposals/reviews/routine correspondence, organizing paper flow in adherence to the firm’s record-keeping requirements, maintaining client files and supplies, answering phones, opening and disseminating mail.
