Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Wealth Management Client Associate to provide sales, processing and client support to Financial Advisors in Portland and Gresham.

You will handle appointments, prepare investment proposals and client correspondence while coordinating marketing initiatives and maintaining client files with accuracy. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in investment services, FINRA licenses (SIE required), and strong MS Office skills with the ability to learn proprietary software quickly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • FINRA SIE and Series 6/7, 63 licenses required for eligibility.
  • Experience with brokerage industry policies, FINRA/SEC standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

Performs administrative support duties to assist Financial Advisors such as: making and tracking appointments, preparing investment proposals/reviews/routine correspondence, organizing paper flow in adherence to the firm’s record-keeping requirements, maintaining client files and supplies, answering phones, opening and disseminating mail.
