Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a field-focused technician to manage explosives inventory, load and assemble perforating guns, and drive equipment to job sites while maintaining a clean workspace. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety policies and PSL/QHSE standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and able to follow directions in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to understand and speak English for safety and operations directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain explosives inventory accurately.

Description

• Maintain accurate explosives inventory.
• Load and assemble perforating guns as directed following all company and industry safety policies.
• Drive equipment to and from location as directed.
• Maintain a clean shop and work area.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
• Utilizes competency Processes to enhance job performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver's license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines
