Job summary

Landmark Snacks Group is hiring a QA Technician in Beatrice, NE for a full-time, day-shift position within our FSQA team. You will help ensure quality standards for raw materials and finished products while coordinating with the FSQA Manager on corrective actions.

The role requires conducting tests, calibrating equipment, and tracing deviations to improve product safety and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to continuous improvement and uphold safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company and customer quality standards are being met
• Conduct quality tests, perform inspection checks, and calibrate equipment
• Analyze samples for all areas of the processing plant, including raw materials and finished products
• Analyze pH, Gluten, and water activity
• Communicate findings regarding food safety deficiencies to FSQA Manager and provide feedback and recommendations
• Ensure employees are following safety regulations

Job Details: Job Location: Beatrice, NE 68310, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.75 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, As part of our FSQA team, you would be responsible for ensuring the overall quality in your assigned area through the management of regulatory, company, and customer policies and programs. You will report directly to the QA manager. To ensure success as a QA Technician, you should have sound knowledge of testing procedures, a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.
