Responsibilities

  • Support fact witnesses for court, pre-trial, and grand jury appearances.
  • Handle witness inquiries and gather travel and reimbursement information.
  • Notify witnesses of appearance details and flag special needs.
  • Coordinate with AUSAs on appearances and special circumstances.
  • Prepare and submit witness vouchers and reimbursement documents; track status.
  • Maintain fact witness files, calendars, and records per DOJ requirements.
