Schedule Option A:Full-time, 12.5-hour day shifts working Sunday through Tuesday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Schedule Option B:Full-time, 12.5-hour day shifts working Wednesday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Position Summary
Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our Withdrawal Management team. In this role, you will provide nursing care and withdrawal management support for adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring health conditions. You will conduct nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, support medication management, and coordinate care for individuals beginning their recovery journey. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, effective, trauma-informed, and person-centered withdrawal management services within a multidisciplinary treatment environment.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift, transfer, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance, consistent with client care and emergency response responsibilities.
Ability to safely transfer, reposition, lift, and assist clients with mobility needs and activities of daily living in accordance with established safety procedures, training requirements, and nursing standards of practice.
Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and move throughout the facility as needed to ensure client safety.
Ability to safely transfer, reposition, lift, and assist clients/patients in accordance with established safety procedures and training.
Regular on-site attendance required to support client care, admissions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and operational needs. This position is not eligible to work remote.
Target Compensation (Negotiable based on Qualifications):
$36.00-$41.00/hour
