Job summary

Britt Medical Search represents an established western Wisconsin healthcare team seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient practice north of La Crosse. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a full-scope setting with a focus on preventive medicine.

You will teach and mentor NP/PA students and possibly medical students and residents, with on-site lab and X-ray, 24-hour specialist support, and rare phone-only call coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted or eligible medical licensure in Wisconsin and applicable states in the practice region.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a patient-centered setting.
• Join a team focused on preventive care and long-term patient relationships.
• Tailor services to clinical interests within a broad-scope practice.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring NP/PA students, with occasional involvement of medical students and residents.
• Utilize on-site laboratory and X-ray services; access 24-hour specialist consultation support.
