Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates seeks licensed clinicians to join its provider network as independent contractors delivering evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families. Therapists may work in-person or via teletherapy, with flexible scheduling and administrative support from Lyra.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted license and be authorized to work in the U.S.; strong preference for Wisconsin-based practice with suitable office space to see clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) to practice independently.
• Experience with ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Work in Wisconsin with in-person and/or virtual sessions as appropriate.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
