Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network in Michigan, seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families. Contractors work with a mix of in-person and virtual clients, with administrative and scheduling support provided by Lyra.

You must hold an unrestricted license and have space to see clients in Michigan, with experience in ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and measurement-based care preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) to work independently.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide in-person care in Michigan and work with children, adults, couples, or families.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to a range of clients.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Coordinate care within Lyra's network and maintain documentation.
