Inventory Associate Role

This team ensures that physical inventories are done accurately and professionally in our retail units. Delivering reliable inventory counts helps our stores and our customers.

This is a full-time job, with a 4-day work week.

*Most Fridays, Nights, Weekends & Major Holidays OFF!*

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working independently, responsible for physically counting merchandise in our stores, scanning the UPC, and entering the count on a handheld computer.
• Delivering exceptional service to our customers; using communication skills to interact effectively with store team members.
• Maintaining accuracy and efficiency; daily progress toward goals will be tracked with regular feedback.
• Using good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
• Participating in other auditing projects as needed to keep company leadership informed on store conditions and execution.
• Performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general business math and bookkeeping
• Six months to one year of relevant experience or training
• Strong mental and visual ability to perform counts
• Physical ability to stand and walk at least 95% of the time
• Physical ability to frequently lift/move objects between 10 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
