A leading company in construction services is seeking a Wisconsin Construction Services Lead to manage projects and mentor staff. The primary duties of this experienced position are to lead staff and support work in construction services, project controls, and assist local design staff with constructability reviews across projects of varying complexity. Projects include supporting local transportation and construction teams, and potentially supporting national initiatives in alternative delivery, procurement, and program management. Responsibilities include staff resource management, business development, and project management (scope, schedule, budget). The Wisconsin Construction Services Lead will work under the MN / WI area Field Services Lead and the Wisconsin Transportation Program Manager.
