Job summary

For Our Future Action Fund (FOFAF) is seeking a Recruitment Associate for Wisconsin, based in Madison. This temporary, exempt role will recruit canvassing staff, conduct interviews, review resumes, and manage the hiring process in-state. Travel up to 50% is expected, with the role running through November 3, 2026.

The ideal candidate has recruitment experience, strong communication skills, efficient sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.

• Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit applicants for canvassing roles across Wisconsin, including travel.
• Assist with interviewing and resume review.
• Manage follow-up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain and update hiring trackers reflecting candidate status.
• Update staff on new hires daily.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
