Job summary

First American GO Title division is seeking an entry-level Title Examiner. This position involves examining chains of title, preparing initial title commitments, and potentially abstracting records for residential properties. You will work under guidance from experienced team members in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities emphasize accuracy, research skills, and customer service orientation. A high school diploma is required, and basic MS Office skills are expected.

What We Do

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Entry level position. Works under the guidance of experienced team members. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
