First American is seeking an entry level Title Examiner to support title and escrow production. You will perform title examination, examine chain of title, and prepare initial title commitments under guidance. Opportunities to abstract residential records may be available, along with other duties as assigned.

What We Do

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Entry level position. Works under the guidance of experienced team members. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
